How JEM Tax Pro Software Stands Out

  • Do you do estimates?
No. If you submit your tax information to us you sign an engagement letter acknowledging that you understand we do not do estimates. If we prepare your return, you are responsible for compensating us for the work performed. If you decide to go with another preparer, you are still responsible for compensating us for our work performed.
  • What payment methods do you take?
We accept credit and debit cards. We also offer the option to file now and pay later if you qualify for a tax refund this tax season and file with us before March 15th.
  • Do you offer online filing?
Absolutely! We service clients in all 50 states and our firm is completely virtual. You can submit your information to us directly from the comfort of your home computer or mobile device.
  • I called and nobody answered the phone.
Typically all of our calls are scheduled calls. We recommend anyone wanting to speak with a tax professional before filing with us to schedule a consultation here. Our clients are recommended to message us through the secure client portal if they have quick questions.
  • Can I meet with you in person?
Yes.In-person consultations are by appointment only and are conducted at our office on Thursdays. All of our Tax Preparation Small Business and Notary services can be in-person. Credit Repair services are only conducted virtually.
  • How do I get started with credit repair?
The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. We’ll review your credit report, explain the services we offer, and provide you with a tailored action plan to address your credit issues.
  • How long will it take to fix my credit?
Credit repair is a process. The timeline can vary depending on the issues on your credit report and how quickly creditors or bureaus respond to disputes. Most clients see improvements within 3 to 6 months, though some cases may take longer.
  • I signed up last month, why haven't I received updates yet?
The first round is always the longest. We have a lot of preliminary things we do before we start tackling accounts to get your credit reports prepped. This first round is usually 45 days.
  • How do I cancel my service?
You can cancel your service directly in your secure client portal.
  • What package options do you provide and what is the difference?
You can choose between enrolling in our monthly membership or our Pay Per Delete options. The Monthly Membership requires a minimum six month commitment and all your credit concerns are tackled. There is a monthly membership fee that will be set on auto-pay. Pay Per Delete tackles individual credit concerns and you are charged a pre-set amount for each type of deletion. This means your monthly payment will vary based on the work completed the prior month. There is no commitment with this package.
  • Will credit repair guarantee an improved credit score?
No legitimate credit repair company can guarantee specific results or a specific credit score increase. Results depend on your individual credit situation.
  • What types of negative items can be disputed?
Common items that can be disputed include late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, liens, and foreclosures—especially if they are outdated, inaccurate, or unverifiable.
  • Can I do credit repair on my own?
Yes, individuals can dispute inaccuracies on their own by contacting the credit bureaus directly. However, many people choose to work with professionals who have experience navigating the complexities of the process and dealing with creditors.
